These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 222gk ("222gk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://222gk.io (the "Platform").

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Members found operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222gk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 222gk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you failed to protect your credentials.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked for that bet. • Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round is closed. Technical disconnections during a live casino game round do not automatically void bets already placed in that round.

Weather-interrupted matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are settled according to the official result.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered members via email or SMS notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination by You: You may close your 222gk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you owe to 222gk.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 222gk operates its Platform for players in Bangladesh and takes compliance with applicable local regulations seriously.

222gk makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is each member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
